4. What happens after I send in the order?
If your credit card is ok, you will receive an email with your
license code confirming your order in a few minutes after sending
the online order form. If you don't make an on-line instant
payment, we will send you an email with your license code as
soon as we get your payment.
5. How to do If I did not get registration
code... or if I had lost it?
Please go to "Get the lost
license code back", or please email us at customer@armor2net.com.
The subject of email should be "I lost my registration code".
And please include your name, address, email address. It's very
important that the email address must be the one you submitted
on purchasing. We will send the registration code to that email
address.
6. What is license code?
The Serial Number is license code. Actually, it should be sent
to you by email after you checked out.
7. Be Careful when you enter license code
on Registration window.
Just copy the license code into that box on Registration
window which appears when you start armor2net. Don't type it by
hand. Typing often makes wrong letter, such as "0" and "O", "1"
and "I"…. Don't enter space before or after that license code.
8. How many licenses do I need for Armor2net?
Each computer with Armor2net installed requires a license. It
is a breach of the license agreement to use a single version
of Armor2net on multiple machines.
9. Can I get Armor2net on CD?
Yes, you can select the CD option when you purchase Armor2net.
It need an additional $14.95.
10. I lost my copy of Armor2net, how do I
get another?
If you lost your copy of Armor2net, you need to re-download.
11. Do I have to pay for the upgrades?
If you upgrade your Armor2net in one year from the time you
purchased it, it is free. Over one year you can get a preferential
price to upgrade.
